At LUM Auto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange has been processed.
